Jenna Dashney and Maxim Ridorossi
A chef and a pastry chef who met creating on a floating luxury resort in the Great Bear Rainforest fourteen years ago. Since then we have cooked in kitchens from Alaska to Antarctica. We are currently living on Salt Spring Island, cooking for clients and the community. Maxim is also learning cheesemaking at Salt Spring Island Cheese. I am slowly building a practice as an End of Life Doula. I write about our food, fancies and mortality in my Existential Kitchen.
